Excellent location and customer service the staff were friendly and very informative.

An extra table or two on the balcony would habe been good.

The location was excellent, just a short walk to the heart of Heraklion.

I was disappointed by the lack of hot water pressure in the shower. It. I was not allowed to extend my stay even for a few hours, very frustrating. The noise from nearby restaurants was disruptive, especially for family members staying on lower floors.

The owner (?)/reception was kind & friendly. The gentleman helped me figure out where I needed to be the next morning to get to my ferry on time, provided me with excellent advice once I got to Santorini island, and he was just overall helpful. Hotel is in a great location close to the port & bus station, so that's a plus. It's a very inexpensive hotel, so just your basics but perfectly fine to lay your head for a night or two.

Might be a little too low-budget for some, but I was fine with it-- especially for the price, location, & short stay.

Service from the staff was exceptional all very clean and comfortable very good value for money

location wasn't the best however it was only a very short walk into the city centre. the noise from the airport could be quite loud however it dodn't last until late at night

Nothing! We stay for 3 days and they did no clean the baht room sink once!! Not telephone in the room and the rooms very Small.

Positive, Great place next to the town center, super helpful hosts who stored my luggage for the day. The room was comfortable with good air conditioning and a nice shower. Perfect for a solo stay!

Very friendly staff. Didn't arrive until after midnight but got a warm welcome. Room was basic but clean. A bit noisy at night but then it is in the centre of town. Good location and would stay there again.

Hotel Mirabello was the nicest place i have stayed in Europe.The value for money was great and the rooms were so nice and so clean.The location was amazing because it was right in the town next to everything.The owners were the nicest people i have ever met at a hotel.They gave me very helpful tips about Crete and Heraklion.We loved our stay there and we will recommend it to all our friends.Thanks a lot for the lovely stay.

The location was excellent, just a short walk to the heart of Heraklion and close to restaurants. The room was clean and equipped with essential amenities, including a lovely little balcony.

Parking can be a challenge.

Supervery comfy and tidy. The surrounding area felt unsafe at night.

I stayed in the budget single room with sink in the room, with shared bathroom.the room was comfortable and clean. the hotel is within walking distance of the main square and to the bus station which takes you to rest of greece.the bus to the airport is within walking distance as well. took mee 15min to walk to the bus for the airport and 10 min to staion for rest of the crete.it is in quite area of the city.

Noise from the road can be distracting!!! It would be great if the bedrooms were a bit larger or better sound-proofed for a more relaxing stay!!! The eclectic decor might not appeal to everyone's taste!!!

Absolutely charming and incredibly friendly hotel, we appreciated it.

the service was all in all good. last time we stopped we had an immaculate, tidy room with a television, coffee maker, as example.
